Dinner at the Asa Ransom House and Theater at the Lancaster Opera House, a winning combination. The Lancaster Opera House Theater is a reminder of an early American tradition, unusual to combine a music hall with a town’s main governmental building. Designed by George J. Metzger in 1897, renovated in 1981, the Lancaster Opera House is one of only a few such Town Halls still open.
